The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a trusted partner to leaders and team members across Frontline Communications and Pierce Manufacturing’s Florida operations, helping strengthen alignment, collaboration, and consistency across the Clearwater and Bradenton locations.
Based at the Frontline Communications facility in Clearwater, FL, this role will provide primary HR partnership to the Clearwater operation while also partnering closely with the Pierce team in Bradenton. The HRBP will help create a connected approach to people practices across both locations by sharing resources, aligning HR processes, supporting talent and organizational priorities, and identifying opportunities to leverage the strengths and capabilities of both businesses.
The HRBP will partner with leaders to understand business needs and translate them into effective people solutions across areas including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, talent development, organizational effectiveness, compensation, benefits, and workforce planning. This role will also work closely with HR and business leaders across Pierce and Frontline to strengthen the overall Florida team member experience and support the continued growth and success of both businesses.
YOUR IMPACT:

- Serve as an HR Business Partner to leaders and team members across Frontline Communications and Pierce Manufacturing’s Florida operations, with primary responsibility for the Clearwater location and ongoing partnership with the Bradenton location.
- Partner with business and HR leaders across Pierce and Frontline to understand organizational priorities and develop people strategies that support business performance, growth, and operational objectives.
- Provide day-to-day HR partnership and coaching to leaders regarding employee relations, performance management, talent development, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and other people-related matters.
- Promote consistency in HR practices, policies, and processes across the Clearwater and Bradenton operations while recognizing the unique needs of each business and location.
- Assist in resolving employee relations matters, conducting workplace investigations, and administering corrective action in partnership with HR leadership.
- Provide guidance regarding HR policies, programs, compensation, benefits, employment practices, and applicable employment regulations.
- Collect and analyze workforce and HR data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
- Develop and deliver team member and leader communications, presentations, and resources that promote understanding of HR programs, policies, and organizational initiatives.
- Partner with leaders and HR colleagues to proactively identify opportunities to improve team member engagement, retention, leadership effectiveness, and workplace culture.
- Travel between the Clearwater and Bradenton facilities as business needs require to maintain strong relationships and provide visible, hands-on HR partnership across both locations.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Three (3) or more years of relevant HR experience.
STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS:
- Certified Professional HR (PHR), Senior Professional HR (SPHR), SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP.
- Understanding of HR best practices and current regulations.
- Ability to establish strong partnerships with functional and business leaders to develop and execute on long and short-term HR strategies that directly support the business.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

- This role is primarily performed in a professional office environment with standard lighting, ventilation, and temperature-controlled settings.
- Duties are largely sedentary, requiring extended periods of sitting and using a computer and telephone.
- Visual acuity to operate a computer and read documents is required, along with auditory ability to participate in virtual and in-person meetings.
- Occasional movement within the office environment is necessary, including walking short distances, standing, or reaching for files.

Pay Range:
$64,500.00 - $103,500.00The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
