About this Housekeeping Supervisor role at RAC WA
RAC Busselton Holiday Park is an award-winning holiday park, located on the doorstep of Busselton and Dunsborough. This unique park is nestled within 8 hectares of natural bushland but only a short 300-metre stroll to the white sands and crystal-clear waters of Geographe Bay.
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Housekeeping Attendant to join our Housekeeping Team on a casual basis. Reporting to the Park Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all rooms are spotlessly cleaned and maintained.
This role would be ideal for a local or someone looking to relocate from Perth or Busselton locals - own accommodation is preferred due to limited accommodation available on-site.

What will you be doing?
- Lead our housekeeping team responsible for the cleaning of self-contained chalets, hotel style rooms, caravan park, public areas of the resort and amenities
- Plan daily room requirements and conduct pre-arrival checks.
- Ensure adequate supplies of housekeeping inventory and chemicals.
- Proactively manage guest feedback for continuous improvement on customer service.
- Train team members.
- Ensure Health and Safety compliance.
What are we looking for in you?
- Minimum 6 months' previous experience working in a Housekeeping Supervisor role
- Previous leadership experience
- Strong time management skills
- Computer skills
- Driver's License is essential
- Keen eye for detail.
- Ability to lead a team
- Ability to multi-task
- Availability to work weekends and public holidays.
