We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Graphic Designer with expert-level design capabilities and a strong marketing background. The ideal candidate can transform creative concepts into polished, brand-consistent marketing assets, manage multiple projects independently, and deliver high-quality work with exceptional attention to detail and minimal revisions.

This role is suited for an experienced designer who combines strong visual creativity with practical marketing execution, excellent English communication, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Design and execute marketing materials, including email campaigns, catalogs, social media content, and digital advertisements.
• Develop sales presentations, promotional materials, and other marketing collateral.
• Translate creative concepts and project requirements into polished, production-ready designs.
• Maintain brand consistency across typography, layout, visual hierarchy, formatting, and marketing assets.
• Proofread designs carefully for spelling, grammar, copy accuracy, layout, specifications, and brand standards.
• Manage a high volume of projects and competing priorities while consistently meeting deadlines.
• Work independently from concept through final completion, incorporating direction and feedback while minimizing revision cycles.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and deliver effective creative solutions.
• Stay familiar with AI-powered creative tools while maintaining strong independent design capabilities.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

Education

Experience

• Minimum of 5+ years of professional graphic design experience working daily in a marketing environment. Candidates below this threshold will not be considered.
• A portfolio demonstrating original work from executed marketing campaigns and projects.
• Extensive experience creating a variety of marketing and promotional materials.
• Proven ability to develop creative concepts and execute projects through completion.

Language Proficiency

• Highly proficient in written and verbal English communication.

Technical Skills

• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe InDesign.
• Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and brand consistency.
• Excellent proofreading, formatting, and quality-control skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver accurate work under tight deadlines.
• Ability to work independently, collaborate effectively, and incorporate feedback with minimal revisions.

Industry-Specific Software / Knowledge

• Professional marketing design experience is required.
• Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools is an advantage but is not a substitute for original design expertise.
• Direct experience in the client's specific industry is not required.

• Salary Range: PHP 55,000–60,000 per month
