About this HIT Manager/GTM Lead role at TD SYNNEX
職務目的（Job Purpose）
本ポジションの主な責任は、担当ベンダーの利益最大化を実現することです。同時に、ベンダーの目標達成を支援するため、双方で合意した売上目標の達成にも配慮する必要があります。
この成果はさまざまな手段によって実現され、その一部は担当者自身のビジネス感覚や判断力に依存します。短期・長期の両面でビジネス機会を特定し、それを収益機会へと転換する能力が求められます。
本ポジションは売上目標に責任を負うだけでなく、特定のテクノロジー領域を統括し、担当ベンダーとの包括的な関係管理を担います。
また、当社およびベンダー双方のビジネス成長を促進するため、自律的に事業活動を推進します。
主な責任（Responsibilities）
ベンダー戦略および事業運営
- 担当ベンダー群に関する当社全体の戦略を策定・統括する。
- ベンダーとの関係におけるエスカレーション窓口として機能する。
- 本ポジションは重要な営業支援機能を担い、当社および担当ベンダーの成功に不可欠な役割を果たす。
- 担当ベンダーに関する当社の総合戦略を策定し、その実行責任を持つ。
- 既存および新規ベンダーを含め、担当ベンダー群の損益（P/L）管理を行う。
- 新規ベンダーの獲得・立ち上げ戦略を策定し、新規ベンダー関連活動を管理する。
- ビジネス拡大に伴い独立したP/Lが設立されるまで、ベンダーとのサービス関係を継続的に管理する。
パートナー管理
- Business Unit Director、Vendor Business Executive、Vendor Operations Executive、Client Executiveと連携し、担当ベンダーに関連する当社パートナーの分析・プロファイリングを行い、各パートナーとの関係オーナーシップを明確化する。
- 担当ベンダー製品群の事業計画（Business Plan）を策定し、主要ステークホルダーの意見を取り入れながら推進する。
- 事業計画は定期的に見直し、Vendor Business Executiveが準備する四半期ビジネスレビュー（QBR）と連動させる。
売上拡大・市場開発
- 当社およびパートナー向けのセールスイネーブルメント施策を企画・実施する。
- Vendor Business ExecutiveおよびVendor Operations Executiveが策定するマーケティング施策やイベントを理解し、ベンダー目標達成を支援する。
- ベンダーおよびビジネスパートナーとの共同施策を立案・実行する。
- ベンダー収益目標の達成および計画された利益創出を実現する事業計画を実行する。
- ベンダーの売上計画達成を支援する。
ベンダーリレーションシップ
- ベンダーおよびパートナー企業とのエグゼクティブレベルの関係構築を主導する。
- 常に積極的なエンゲージメントを維持し、新たな施策やビジネス機会を継続的に創出する。
- ビジネスマネジメントを遂行するため、営業プロセス、提案活動、パイプライン管理、パートナーエンゲージメントに関する知識を維持・向上させる。
新規パートナー開拓
- 業界動向、イベント、当社のパートナー募集活動を活用し、担当ベンダー向けの新規パートナー獲得戦略を策定する。
- 対面商談を通じて、新規パートナーとの関係構築を推進する。
案件推進
- 大規模かつ複雑な案件についてオーナーシップを持ち、受注後の処理やデリバリー業務はBusiness Development Representativeへ円滑に引き継ぐ。
- パートナーと連携し、営業スキル強化や案件成約を支援する。
- 必要に応じてエンドユーザー顧客との商談にも同行し、実践的な支援やコーチングを提供する。
- 当社およびパートナー双方の営業パイプライン強化を目的とした販売促進プログラムを企画・実行・管理する。
パフォーマンス管理とレポーティング
- QBRを含む活動を通じて、ベンダーおよびパートナー満足度の継続的向上を実現する。
- CRMおよびパイプライン管理ツールの情報を常に最新化し、積極的に活用する。
- ベンダーパフォーマンスデータを管理し、契約上のコミットメント達成とリベート・投資制度などの商業的機会を最大限活用する。
- ベンダーとの製品群別事業計画および売上予測を正確に作成し、Business Development Representativeへ共有する。
リーダーシップ
- 当社内において担当ベンダーの推進役（Champion）となる。
- 同時に、ベンダーコミュニティ内における当社の代表者として活動する。
- Business Unit Directorと密接に連携し、チームが担当製品群で最大限の成果を発揮できるよう方向付け、育成、支援を行う。
- 管理職として模範的な行動を示し、チームをリードする。
- 毎年設定されるKPIに基づき、当社およびベンダー双方の事業成長を促進するため、自律的な事業活動を推進する。
応募資格・経験（Knowledge, Skills and Experience）
学歴
- 学士号（Bachelor's Degree）保有者歓迎
- 高校卒業資格必須
- ITまたは関連分野のディプロマ（専門資格）保有者歓迎
経験
- ITディストリビューション業界において、アウトバウンドアカウントマネージャーまたはビジネス開発マネージャー（BDM）として6年以上の経験
- 顧客志向（Customer Service Orientation）を持つこと
- 担当ベンダー製品に関する適切な営業認定資格
- チャネルビジネスおよびリセラーパートナーとの関係について深い理解
- 担当ベンダー製品群に関する十分な知識
- チームマネジメントおよびリーダーシップ経験
スキル
- 優れたプレゼンテーション能力および交渉力
- 自律的に業務を管理し、計画立案から受注まで遂行できる能力
- 優れた経営感覚（Business Acumen）と成果志向を備えたマネジメント能力
