Job Summary
The Head: Performance, Data & Transformation is responsible for establishing and leading the performance, analytics, data, digital, governance and transformation capability for Corporate Real Estate Services (CRES).The role acts as the strategic enabler of the CRES operating model by providing a single source of truth for portfolio performance, data governance, business intelligence, strategy execution, digital transformation, process optimisation and organisational change.
The role enables executive decision-making through integrated reporting, advanced analytics and insights while driving the successful implementation of strategic initiatives, operating model changes and continuous improvement across the end-to-end real estate value chain.
The role ensures that CRES remains data-driven, digitally enabled, operationally efficient and aligned with enterprise strategy, regulatory expectations and business priorities.

- Develop and maintain the CRES performance management framework.
- Define key performance indicators across all CRES portfolios.
- Establish performance reporting standards and methodologies.
- Provide executive insights into portfolio performance, cost efficiency, risk exposure and service outcomes.
- Lead integrated performance reviews and management reporting processes.
- Monitor strategic plan execution and benefits realisation.

- Establish the enterprise real estate data strategy.

Minimum Requirements
Qualifications
Essential
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Real Estate, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Finance or related discipline
Preferred
- Postgraduate Degree (MBA, MCom, MSc or equivalent)
- Change Management certification
- Project Management certification
- Data Analytics qualification
Experience
- 10-15 years' experience in strategy, performance management, transformation, analytics or business operations.
- Experience leading enterprise transformation programmes.
- Experience in data, business intelligence and reporting environments.
- Experience within Corporate Real Estate, Financial Services, Infrastructure or Operations functions.
- Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams.
- Experience operating in a complex, matrix and geographically dispersed environment.
