• Capability Strengthening: Lead the development of the sales team’s capability system, focusing on organization, systems, tools, processes, and knowledge-skills-behaviors.

• Strategic Insighting: Improve sales insighting and tools by structuring the team, reconciling future-forward trends with capability building, and drawing out lessons to increase sales discipline.

• The "First Gen Way to Sell": Develop and communicate a consistent sales methodology, ensuring the process is embedded into the organization’s culture and daily operations.

• Business Analytics & Technology: Drive process and technology improvements to better group operational management and support overall group strategies.

• Advocacy & Technical Support: Provide technical backstopping to the CEG Head by preparing advocacy materials and presentations that support group and sales strategies.

• Performance Management: Collaborate with HR and CEG leaders to define and implement recognition and rewards systems for the sales team based on clear performance metrics.

• Process Institutionalization: Establish key processes for tracking customer information, sales performance, and team performance to foster institutional sales learning.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field; a minor or advanced degree in business is preferred.

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in retail sales, covering both B2B and B2C solutions.

• At least 5 years of experience managing sales teams.

• At least 5 years in a management capacity.

• At least 5 years of experience in multi-company and multi-team program or project implementation.

• Preferred: 7 years of experience specifically in retail sales enablement and/or retail sales effectiveness.

• Technical Skills: Advanced skills in project management, strategic thinking, and planning, alongside a mastery of execution excellence and working knowledge of retail technology.

• Soft Skills: Strong influencing, stakeholder management, and change management communication skills; ability to multi-task in a results-oriented environment.
