What you’ll do

Lead and support our Low Code & AI team, combining hands-on solution development with guidance of the team and oversight of project delivery, using Microsoft Power Platform, AI technologies, and modern application development practices. The role contributes to InTTrust’s AI-first approach and to the growth of our Low Code and AI services. In more detail:

• Lead, coach, and support the Low Code & AI team in their day-to-day work and professional growth,
• Contribute to the roadmap for Low Code and AI services, in collaboration with senior management,
• Help establish and apply best practices, development standards, and delivery methodologies,
• Act as a technical point of reference for Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot, Generative AI, AI Agents, and Azure AI Services,
• Keep up with emerging technologies and suggest solutions that bring real business value,
• Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and scalability requirements,
• Help ensure customer projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the agreed quality,
• Follow project progress, and identify and escalate risks and dependencies early,
• Support project estimation, planning, and solution design,
• Take an active part in the design, development, and deployment of Low Code and AI solutions, proofs of concept, and innovation initiatives,
• Support the team in troubleshooting complex technical challenges,
• Promote the adoption of AI tools and AI-assisted development practices across the delivery teams, in line with security and data protection requirements,
• Support the sales team in identifying new opportunities and take part in customer meetings, solution presentations, and technical pre-sales activities.

Requirements

Mandatory

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field,
• At least 5 years of experience in software development, digital transformation, or application delivery,
• At least 1-2 years of experience as a team lead, technical lead, or in a similar role guiding others,
• Experience delivering Low Code, Automation, AI, or Digital Transformation projects,
• Solid experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Copilot Studio),
• Knowledge of solution design, integrations, APIs, and enterprise application development,
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices,
• Understanding of security and compliance requirements,
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with technical and business users,
• Eligibility to work within the EU,
• Fluency in Greek and English.

• Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect certification,
• Microsoft Applied AI Engineer certification,
• Azure Solutions Architect certification,
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot technologies,
• Experience in consulting or professional services teams,
• Experience in Banking, Public Sector, Telecommunications, Utilities, or Enterprise Digital Transformation projects.
