Responsable de crear experiencias memorables y personalizadas para los huéspedes, anticipándose a sus necesidades y coordinando detalles que superen sus expectativas. Colabora estrechamente con las diferentes áreas del hotel para garantizar experiencias excepcionales alineadas con los estándares de Four Seasons.

Lo que vas a hacer:

• Brindar experiencias memorables y atención personalizada a los huéspedes.
• Gestionar la experiencia de huéspedes VIP, repetitivos y casos especiales.
• Atender y dar seguimiento a solicitudes, comentarios, quejas e incidencias.
• Coordinar con las áreas operativas la correcta ejecución de experiencias y requerimientos.
• Administrar preferencias de huéspedes y promover experiencias y amenidades.

Requisitos:

• Deseable tecnólogos, profesionales o estudiantes de carreras afines como: Administración turística y hotelera, Administración de servicios.
• Mínimo 6 meses de experiencia en roles de atención al huésped en hoteles.
• Inglés avanzado (+C1)
• Conocimiento de las atracciones locales de la ciudad y sus alrededores
