Job Title

Graphic Designer (PPT)

Job Description Summary

We are looking for a Graphic Designer based in Manila to provide dedicated design support to a small, defined group of stakeholders within Cushman & Wakefield’s UK business. The role will manage a select portfolio of projects, combining PowerPoint design for bids and tenders with internal and client-facing brand communications.

Sitting between the Bid Design and Brand Design teams, the designer will work exclusively on projects for their assigned stakeholders. They will build a detailed understanding of those stakeholders’ services, audiences and priorities, providing consistent creative support from initial brief through to final delivery.

Brand work will include presentations, marketing collateral and internal communications for the same stakeholder group. The designer will report to the Creative Lead in the Manila Design Hub and work closely with both design teams to maintain creative quality and brand consistency.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver polished, editable PowerPoint presentations for bids, tenders and pitches
  • Create internal and client-facing brand materials for assigned stakeholders, including credentials presentations, reports, marketing collateral and communications.
  • Translate complex content and proposal messaging into clear visual stories, using strong layouts, typography, charts, diagrams and imagery.
  • Work directly with assigned UK stakeholders to clarify briefs, audiences, deliverables and deadlines, contributing creative ideas early in each project.
  • Own a select portfolio of projects from briefing and concept development through design, revisions, quality checks and final handover.
  • Agree priorities with stakeholders and the line manager, track progress and flag competing deadlines or changes in scope early.
  • Collaborate with the Bid Design and Brand Design teams for creative guidance and review, while keeping delivery focused on the assigned stakeholder group.
  • Apply brand guidelines consistently and develop reusable slides and assets that improve quality and efficiency for those stakeholders.
  • Check accuracy, layout and consistency before delivery, and maintain organised working files and version control.

Requirements

  • A strong portfolio demonstrating presentation design and brand communications, with experience appropriate to a midweight or senior design role.
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills, including slide masters, templates, editable charts and diagrams, and well-structured presentations that others can use confidently.
  • Strong Adobe Creative Cloud skills, particularly InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop, alongside good Microsoft Office and general IT skills.
  • Excellent layout, typography and visual storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex business information without losing meaning.
  • Experience designing bids, tenders, pitches or business development materials, with an understanding of how design supports persuasive communication.
  • Confidence working within brand guidelines across both internal communications and client-facing materials.
  • Strong written and verbal English, with the confidence to discuss briefs, explain design decisions and manage feedback directly with UK stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage several projects at different stages, prioritise work and meet agreed deadlines with close attention to detail.
  • A collaborative approach and the ability to work independently, taking responsibility for the quality and delivery of assigned projects.
  • A degree in design or equivalent professional experience.

Desirable experience

  • Experience supporting UK stakeholders remotely or working across international teams.
  • Knowledge of the commercial property sector or experience within a professional services business.
  • Experience in motion graphics, animation, video editing or interactive presentation tools.
  • Knowledge of print production and preparation of print-ready artwork.
