Overview & Responsibilities

1. Regional management for the Global Services business including profitability, growth and its channel and market strategies in respective entity. Responsibility for managing/coordinating Repair Shop, Field Service Operations, Service Parts, and Engineering Solutions.

2. Promote and develop GS Solutions business in line with the Worldwide and Regional strategy. 

 Implement the long range plans and drive for profitable growth in respective entity.

Implement new business, product or channel strategies as appropriate.

3. Manage and develop all sales channels, including direct sales, service and 3rd party representatives in line with the strategy. Provide guidance and development direction on a day-to-day basis.

4. Serve as Ebara Elliott Energy (EEE) interface with key customer accounts. Working closely with Sales, Product Line and Project Management team.

5. Provide general management leadership for respective entity team, leadership development, retention of key talents and equipping the workforce for continuous business growth.

6.  Liaise closely with all Business Unit leaders within the region to ensure objective and strategy alignment.

7. Responsible for Long Range Plans, Medium Range Plans and monthly forecast reviews and business review activities.

8. Ensure entity is compliant in all areas of business – Legal, Safety, Employment / Labour, Financial, Code of Conduct, FCPA, etc.
