Join our Global Business Services team at Thermo Fisher Scientific as a GBS Global Process Senior Analyst supporting the Customer Care function. In this role, you will own and drive process transitions, transformations, and migrations within the Customer Care organization, working across functions and geographies to ensure projects are executed successfully and sustainably. You will serve as a key connector between stakeholders, project teams, and leadership, facilitating alignment and driving accountability across workstreams. This is a high-visibility individual contributor role that requires strong business acumen, the ability to work independently, and the judgment to navigate complex, confidential organizational initiatives.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in process improvement, business transformation, global process ownership, or project coordination in a shared services or GBS environment.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating cross-functional projects, including stakeholder engagement, workstream tracking, and process documentation.
- Strong business acumen with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders and drive process improvement conversations.
- Proficiency in Visio for process mapping and workflow documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- The ability to handle confidential organizational information with discretion and manage multiple priorities independently.
PREFERRED:
- Experience in a Customer Care, Order to Cash, or related GBS function.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (formal certification not required)
- Experience identifying and implementing process automation opportunities.
