Are you an experienced Security Officer looking for a stable full-time role with one of Australia's leading security companies? MSS Security is seeking a professional and customer-focused Full Time Reliever to join our team supporting the Federal Court and other corporate client sites across Perth.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a professional environment, enjoys variety in their work, and takes pride in delivering exceptional security services.

About the Role

As a Full Time Reliever, you will provide coverage across various shifts and sites as required, ensuring the continued delivery of high-quality security services. You will represent MSS Security with professionalism while maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

• Access control and visitor management
• Conducting security patrols and monitoring site activities
• Responding to incidents and emergencies
• Providing exceptional customer service
• Completing reports and maintaining accurate records
• Monitoring CCTV and security systems
• Ensuring compliance with site procedures and client requirements

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Current WA Security Licence
• Current Working with Children Check (WWCC)
• Certificate II in Security Operations
• Current First Aid Certificate
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Professional presentation and appearance
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work a rotating roster, including weekdays, weekends, and public holidays when required
• Full working rights in Australia
• Reliable transport and flexibility to work across multiple locations

Desirable

• Previous experience in a corporate or government security environment

• Control Room experience
