As a Full Stack Engineer - Senior Associate, you will be at the forefront of developing innovative software solutions to drive digital transformation and enhance business performance. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will combine technical experience with creative thinking to deliver software products that revolutionize industries and provide exceptional user experiences. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will design, code, and test applications that meet the evolving needs of clients.

As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work even when the path forward isn’t clear. This role offers an opportunity to develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is changing, using critical thinking to break down complex concepts and generate new ideas.

Responsibilities

- Developing innovative software solutions to drive digital transformation and enhance business performance
- Designing, coding, and testing applications that deliver exceptional user experiences
- Utilizing Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD) and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) methodologies to improve software quality
- Implementing enterprise application architecture and integration to support complex business processes
- Managing software project planning and execution to meet client needs and expectations
- Conducting code reviews and debugging to maintain coding standards and software reliability
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and develop functional solutions
- Applying knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, and JavaScript to create scalable applications
- Building meaningful client connections and anticipating their needs to deliver quality solutions
- Navigating complex situations and using critical thinking to solve problems and generate new ideas

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Computer and Data Engineering, Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems/Technology, Machine Learning, Management Information Systems, Software Engineering
- Utilizing Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD) methodologies for software projects
- Developing applications using JavaScript, Python, and C#.NET
- Implementing Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines
- Designing solutions with microservices architecture and API management
- Excelling in client management and building meaningful relationships
- Navigating complex situations with analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

- Must have expertise in TypeScript, ReactJS, .NET core, SQL Server, Azure Functions, AKS, Azure DevOps, Github Actions
