As a Full-Stack / AI Platform Engineer - Senior Associate, you will leverage advanced analytics techniques to extract insights from large datasets and drive data-driven decision-making. Within our Data, Analytics & AI practice, you will focus on utilizing your skills in data manipulation, visualization, and statistical modeling to support clients in solving complex business problems. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, grow your personal brand, and deepen your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, and to deliver quality work. Embracing increased ambiguity, you will be comfortable when the path forward isn’t clear, using these moments as opportunities to grow.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be part of a team that focuses on leveraging data to drive insights and make informed business decisions. You will utilize advanced analytics techniques to help clients optimize their operations and achieve their strategic goals. Responsibilities

- Leveraging advanced analytics techniques to extract insights from large datasets and drive data-driven decision-making
- Utilizing skills in data manipulation, visualization, and statistical modeling to support clients in solving complex business problems
- Developing and implementing algorithms to enhance data analysis processes and improve client outcomes
- Applying machine learning techniques to optimize client operations and achieve strategic goals
- Collaborating with client teams to understand their needs and deliver tailored data solutions
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients to identify opportunities for data-driven improvements
- Utilizing Python and other data analysis software to develop and deploy scalable data solutions
- Navigating complex situations to deliver quality work and grow personal skills and technical knowledge
- Mentoring junior team members and guiding them in the application of data analysis methodologies

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Engineering, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Computer and Information Science, Economics, Finance

- At least one of the following: Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), or predictive modeling/ML (Python, SAS)

- Strong Python skills and working knowledge of SQL.

- Experience building and deploying AI/ML solutions.

- Deep skill in TypeScript, React, and Node.js, with strong Next.js (App Router) experience.

- Develop backend APIs and services using Python (FastAPI, Flask) and/or Node.js (Express) to serve AI capabilities to end users.

- Familiarity with Docker and containerized deployment workflows.

- Hands-on work with agentic AI and orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, Claude Agent SDK), job queues, and event-driven systems.

- Experience putting LLM and AI APIs into production, plus a strong grasp of application security.

- Demonstrating proficiency in Python for machine learning applications

- Utilizing data analysis software to derive actionable insights

- Engaging in algorithm development to enhance data processing

- Applying analytic research skills to support client projects

- Adapting to diverse client needs in a fast-paced environment
