What Makes This Role Great:
In this high-impact program, you will complete three 12-month rotations across Business Unit Finance, Internal Audit, Corporate Accounting, and FP&A, gaining executive visibility, hands-on project experience, and dedicated support for post-program career placement aligned with your skills and business needs.
Key Exciting Responsibilities
- Develop strategic financial plans, forecasts, and P&L analyses to support key business decisions and long-range planning.
- Deliver impactful financial reporting, management insights, and presentations directly to cross-functional leaders and stakeholders.
- Drive continuous process improvements, internal control enhancements, and core system implementations across diverse operating units.
- Support corporate accounting close activities, revenue operations, and integration efforts for business acquisitions.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Bachelor or Master degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, or Economics.
- Minimum of one relevant prior internship or up to three years of professional finance experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and financial modeling.
- Strong analytical capabilities, initiative, and an adaptable mindset to manage evolving priorities.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in project leads, mentoring, or extracurricular activities.
Bonus Points For
- Experience using data management and business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Domo.
- Familiarity with enterprise software like Oracle Financials, Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, or Pigment.
- Practical experience with database querying via SQL or applying AI and automation tools to financial forecasting and variance analysis.
