Elevate Executive Pay Strategy as our Next Senior Compensation Analyst!

Lead key initiatives across executive compensation, equity strategy, and 401(k) plan governance using modern digital and AI tools to drive impactful total rewards programs.

In this role, you will evaluate complex compensation challenges holistically, shape board-level pay strategies, and drive operational innovation across global reward programs.

Key Exciting Responsibilities:

• Own and execute end-to-end project plans for key equity cycles, including annual equity awards, executive benchmarking, and board committee deliverables.
• Model executive pay structures, long-term incentive pools, share burn rates, and dilution scenarios to guide strategic decision-making.
• Drive 401(k) governance through strategic scenario modeling, match efficiency evaluations, and automated regulatory compliance workflows.
• Partner as a trusted advisor with leadership across HR, Legal, and Finance to translate complex financial data into compelling narratives.
• Leverage AI tools and advanced analytics to optimize compensation modeling and automate reporting workflows.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• 5 to 7 years of progressive compensation experience spanning broad-based design, executive compensation, equity strategy, and 401(k) governance.
• Proven experience creating data models and presentation materials for Compensation Committee and Board of Directors meetings.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage cross-functional projects on tight deadlines.
• Advanced Excel modeling skills paired with practical experience applying AI tools and automation to streamline analytical workflows.

Bonus Points For:

• Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation.
• Hands-on experience with Workday and Fidelity platforms.
