Job Description

We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join BGRE in Atlanta, Georgia. This Atlanta-based position sits within BGRE's logistics platform in North America, supporting portfolio-level strategy, transaction-adjacent analysis, and capital and liquidity management. The role works closely with senior leadership, requiring sound judgment and strong executive communication skills in addition to financial and analytical rigor.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Support portfolio-level strategy and capital allocation decisions for BGRE’s North American logistics platform, including analysis of return metrics, market positioning, and performance relative to underwriting
• Partner with the capital markets team on financing activity and liquidity planning, including debt financing, refinancing analysis, and capital deployment decisions across the portfolio
• Provide transaction-adjacent support on acquisitions, dispositions, and other portfolio activity, building the financial analysis that informs deal evaluation and investment committee decisions
• Build, maintain, and interpret financial models used to evaluate current and projected portfolio performance, translating outputs into recommendations rather than just figures
• Lead preparation of the annual business plan and quarterly reforecasts, working with leadership to stress-test assumptions, evaluate shifts in strategy, and explain variance to underwriting
• Prepare analysis and materials for monthly operating reviews and executive/investor communications, distilling complex portfolio and financial data into clear recommendations for senior audiences
• Review and consolidate investment valuations, exercising judgment on treatment and flagging items that warrant escalation to senior leadership
• Take on ad hoc analyses and special projects, often under time pressure and with limited precedent to draw on

Your Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance, accounting, or a related field
• Up to three years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, principal investing, or portfolio/asset management — ideally with some exposure to transactions, capital markets, or liquidity management
• Strong financial modeling skills, paired with the judgment to know what the numbers mean and what to do about them
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, and comfort working with large, sometimes ambiguous data sets
• Argus Enterprise experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to or preparing materials for senior stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced, deal-oriented environment
