Job Title: Finance Analyst – FP&A

Job location: Belgrade, Serbia

Job Summary:
This individual will play a critical role in supporting financial planning, reporting, and analysis activities to help drive business performance and decision making. The Finance Analyst will work closely with senior FP&A team members to deliver accurate reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Journal Entries:

• Compile and analyze financial data to prepare monthly journal entries, accruals, and adjustments.

Budgeting & Forecasting:

• Assist in preparing annual budgets and monthly forecasts.

Reporting & Analysis:

• Prepare variance analysis against monthly budgets/forecasts and highlight key drivers.

KPI Tracking:

• Monitor business performance metrics and assist with preparation of dashboards and scorecards.

Ad Hoc Analysis:

• Conduct research and financial analysis to support senior leadership with special projects or business cases.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with accounting and other finance teams to ensure accurate financial data and align reporting with actual results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.

• 2-5 years of experience in finance / financial analysis.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, Power Query, and complex formulas.

• Experience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytical tools is preferred.

• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities.

• High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
