As the Field Service Leader for the Commercial Division, you will spearhead the creation of the world’s best Haas service organization by championing the Phillips Customer Experience without compromise and delivering a standard 24-hour or less service response. You will own service excellence and financial performance by driving key metrics, maximizing billable hours, generating revenue, and treating every service dollar as a personal investment while partnering with customers, suppliers, and fellow Partners to resolve complex challenges and ensure optimal machine performance.

You will lead high-performance Service Engineers through hands-on field engagement, clear expectations, accountability, and continuous competency development that accelerates engagement and ownership.
