Responsibilities / Tasks

  • Perform Service Maintenance, planned, and unplanned in Focused Area: Filling lines
  • Complete assigned job in a timely and qualitative manner
  • Installation, Commissioning or Overhaul support/ execution
  • Prepare Hazard and Risk Assessment and ensure implementation in compliance with customer & company SOP
  • Perform periodical visit inspection of the plants to monitor the status and performances
  • Perform site troubleshooting and/or customer support
  • Write comprehensive service report timely
  • Provide customer training on equipment operation and basic maintenance
  • Promote company’s product and services
  • Support the Service Sales in generating opportunity after site inspections
  • Support Service Sales for Technical clarification & Spare Parts recommendation
  • Join customer meeting when technical support is required
  • Contributing positively to Business's achievement, incl his individual targets and Country targets
  • Utilize the supportive tools, part of the Smart filling online (GEMS, GESP, GEA-Assist, e-shop).
  • Travel requirement 80%, in the country and/or other SEA countries.
  • Other tasks assigned by manager.

Your Profile / Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in field service, maintenance, commissioning, or automation engineering.
  • Experience in food, beverage, dairy, pharmaceutical, or aseptic processing industries is preferred.
  • Experience with filling machines, packaging equipment, or process automation systems is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical systems and machine maintenance.
  • Knowledge of PLCs, HMI, industrial networks, and automation troubleshooting.
  • Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings.
  • Knowledge of servo systems, sensors, instrumentation, and pneumatic systems.
  • Familiarity with aseptic processing and filling technology is an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Customer-oriented mindset and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel frequently and work independently.

Good command of English, both written and spoken.
