Filed Service Engineer (m/f/d)

Job Summary:

Field Service Engineers are responsible for providing technical support to customers by installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment in their facilities. They work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions to ensure optimal performance of the equipment. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

Your Mission:
• Provide onsite installation, maintenance, and repair services for equipment at client locations
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with equipment to identify root causes and implement effective solutions
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide recommendations for optimizing equipment performance
• Maintain accurate records of service activities and report back to management on a regular basis
• Collaborate with other team members to develop new service offerings and improve existing processes

Your Talents:
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of electronics, mechanics, or another relevant field is required. Experience working with electrical or mechanical systems is also beneficial.
• Customer Service Orientation: A passion for helping others and ensuring customer satisfaction is essential for this role.
• Problem Solving Ability: The ability to troubleshoot complex issues and find creative solutions is critical for success as a Field Service Engineer.
• Time Management: Managing multiple service calls and scheduling appointments can be challenging, so good time management skills are necessary.
• Adaptability: Field Service Engineers must be flexible and able to adapt quickly to changing circumstances, such as unexpected delays or last-minute schedule changes.
