What you will do in this role

As a Fashion Consultant on our team, you will:

- Solve any kind of customer’s doubt or complain regarding our Client
- Log call details onto call management systems and provide response and resolution within SLA
- Maintain service and product knowledge and expertise associated with applications specific to individual customers
- Escalate potential service issues
- To follow all the processes and procedures of the project
- Provide cover for other Agents in their absence, either within the same team or across teams
- Ensure contractual SLA is maintained

- Shift: 39 hours/week: Monday to Friday, 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., with one shorter day per week starting at 12:00 p.m. to accommodate the 39-hour workweek. In addition, employees may be required to work up to two Saturdays per month on a rotational basis, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with a compensatory day off during the week.
- Salary 19.623 euros gross/year + up to 2.440 euros gross/year in bonus
