Summary

Lead and manage Facilities Management (FM) operations to ensure the effective delivery of hard and soft services, achievement of KPIs and SLAs, regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise a team of Facilities Executives, providing coaching and performance management.
  • Oversee daily FM operations, including hard services (M&E, building works) and soft services (cleaning, security, landscaping, pest control).
  • Monitor project KPIs, SLAs, budgets, contractor performance, and service delivery.
  • Conduct site inspections, identify defects, and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance works.
  • Review quotations, manage budgets and claims, and support annual budget planning.
  • Ensure statutory compliance, WSH requirements, licensing, certifications, and regulatory inspections (e.g. EMA, lifts, gas, PSI, façade inspections, water tank maintenance).
  • Analyse operational data and performance trends (e.g. Power BI) to identify issues and recommend improvements.
  • Drive continuous improvement through smart FM technologies, sustainability initiatives, and operational enhancements.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships, conduct regular review meetings, and oversee site mobilisation and handover activities.

Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in Facilities Management, Engineering, Building Services, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of relevant Facilities Management experience, including team leadership and contractor management.
  • Strong knowledge of M&E systems, building maintenance, statutory compliance, WSH, budgeting, and contract management.
