ACCIONA has delivered major infrastructure in Australia for over 100 years, including Legacy Way in Brisbane and the Cross-City Tunnel in Sydney. We work across civil, rail, tunnelling, water and building infrastructure, with a growing project pipeline across Australia and New Zealand.
About the Opportunity
As we secure new project awards across our Queensland infrastructure pipeline, we are building a talent pool of experienced safety professionals ready to mobilise. With a number of projects already underway and in the pipeline, we have opportunities North and South across the Brisbane region. You will support project delivery through safety leadership, advice, compliance or administration, depending on the position and level. - Safety Manager
- Senior Safety Advisor
- Safety Advisor
- Safety Administrator
Key accountabilities for the position will be:
- Lead or support safety systems, processes and compliance, depending on role level
- Monitor site safety performance and drive continuous improvement
- Support incident investigation, reporting and corrective actions
- Coordinate safety inductions, training and toolbox talks
- Maintain accurate safety records and documentation
- Identify and escalate safety risks to project and site teams

Required Skills and Competencies
- Demonstrated experience in safety, HSEQ or WHS roles
- Experience within civil, rail or major infrastructure delivery highly regarded
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and stakeholder relationships
