WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Develop and execute global partnership strategies that elevate Mytheresa's brand positioning and drive commercial and customer acquisition goals.
• Source and negotiate high-value partnerships across luxury fashion, hospitality, travel, culture, and private members' clubs, building long-term stakeholder relationships.
• Drive end-to-end execution of international special projects and experiential activations (e.g. Maison Mytheresa, pop-ups), from initial concept to ROI evaluation.
• Lead on-site event operations during peak project phases, directly helping to set up, execute live, and dismantle on the ground
• Oversee project budgets, timelines, and external agency partners, ensuring high-end delivery and financial efficiency.
• Collaborate seamlessly across internal departments and international markets to ensure timely, aligned delivery.

WHO YOU ARE

• 7+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, experiential marketing, or special projects within the luxury sector.
• Proven track record of negotiating high-value deals and delivering complex, international pop-ups or brand activations.
• Thrives as a self-driven Senior Individual Contributor, equally skilled at C-level negotiations and direct, hands-on event execution without a dedicated support team.
• Strong network and market understanding across luxury lifestyle, hospitality, and exclusive membership communities.
• Exceptional project and budget management skills with an entrepreneurial, ROI-driven mindset.
• Highly organized, proactive, and resilient, with flexibility to travel and adapt to demanding event schedules during peak seasons.
