Four Seasons Hotel Dalian is situated in the beautiful coastal city of Dalian, nestled in the heart of the Donggang CBD in Northern China. Adjacent to the bustling Renmin Road business district and the International Conference Center, this vital hub encompasses important industries such as business, finance, information, headquarters economy, and tourism sightseeing, marking it as a significant economic core area in Dalian. The hotel features six distinctive restaurants and bars, located on the first floor and floors 39 to 41. These diverse establishments encompass Chinese, Western, and Japanese culinary styles, along with an exquisite bakery, a specialty bar, and a lobby lounge with skyline views, offering an indulgent city lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities

1.Ensures that culinary activities and standards are aligned with the respective Corporate guidelines and Hotel F&B concept.  
2. Ensures that all culinary employees deliver exceptional guest service at all times.
3.Handles all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a timely, courteous and efficient manner.  Following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily.
4. Assists in the preparation of the Budget discussions for Food and Beverage. 
1. 确保厨房的活动和标准与相关的总部方针以及酒店餐饮概念一致
2. 确保所有厨房的员工随时都可以提供优质的对客服务
3. 及时、有礼貌、高效的处理所有客人和内部员工投诉和询问
4. 协助餐饮部门制定预算

Preferred Skill and Qualification

*College degree preferably specializing in hotel/restaurant management or culinary arts, or equivalent experience is required.
*Three to five years previous experience in multiple culinary/food & beverage department head positions.
*Requires ability to operate computer equipment and other food & beverage computer systems.
*Requires the ability to operate and utilize culinary production  and tools effectively.
*Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English Language.
