About this Events Manager role at Reviverx
Position Summary
The Events Manager leads the stewardship, facilitation, and implementation of all Ways2Well activations and experiences across our DTC and B2B audiences. You will own events end to end, from concept and planning through on-site execution and post-event analysis, ensuring every touchpoint reflects the quality, credibility, and energy of the Ways2Well brand. This is a hands-on, in-the-room role. You won't just plan events from a desk; you'll be on-site leading and managing the live activation, directing vendors and staff, solving problems in real time, and serving as the face of Ways2Well to attendees and partners. The ideal candidate is equal parts strategic planner and calm-under-pressure operator who thrives in fast-paced, high-visibility environments.

- Build and maintain detailed project plans, run-of-show documents, budgets, and timelines, keeping all stakeholders aligned and on schedule
- Source, negotiate with, and manage vendors, venues, and third-party partners to deliver quality experiences on time and on budget
- Coordinate with clinical, marketing, creative, sales, and operations teams to ensure event content, messaging, and offerings are accurate, compliant, and on-brand
On-Site Leadership & Execution
- Be physically present and on-site for events to lead and manage the live activation from load-in through tear-down
- Direct and coordinate on-site staff, brand ambassadors, vendors, and volunteers, clearly assigning roles and responsibilities
- Own the attendee and partner experience in real time by anticipating needs, troubleshooting issues, and making decisions on the fly to keep events running seamlessly
- Serve as the on-site point of contact and brand representative for attendees, partners, vendors, and venue staff
DTC & B2B Experiences
- Design and execute consumer-facing activations and wellness experiences that bring the Ways2Well brand to life and convert attendees into clients
- Plan and manage B2B and partner-facing events such as provider events, industry conferences, trade shows, and relationship-building experiences
- Tailor the tone, format, and content of each experience to its specific audience while maintaining a cohesive brand identity
Budget, Measurement & Optimization
- Own event budgets, tracking spend against plan and ensuring cost-effective delivery without compromising quality
- Define success metrics for each event (attendance, leads, conversions, partner engagement, brand impressions) and report on performance
- Capture learnings and lead post-event debriefs to continuously improve future activations

- Exceptionally organized, proactive, and detail oriented
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable as the face of the brand with clients, partners, and executives
