Job Description:

Role Summary
Responsible for supporting EU FCR Intercompany operations by ensuring timely and accurate transaction processing, workload management, reporting, audits, stakeholder coordination, and SLA compliance. Acts as a key liaison between Operations, Finance & Accounting, Account Executives, AFC, WWF, and country stakeholders while driving process efficiency and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Process EU FCR Intercompany transactions accurately within SLAs.
• Manage work allocation and monitor team productivity.
• Prepare operational reports and provide performance updates.
• Conduct audits and ensure process compliance and quality standards.
• Handle escalations and support issue resolution.
• Train, onboard, and provide floor support to team members.
• Communicate process updates and share best practices.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and support automation initiatives.
• Participate in management projects and other operational activities as required.

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Strong knowledge of Europe Billing processes.
• Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis and reporting.
• Working knowledge of Power BI and SQL.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Customer-focused with a commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
