Job Description:

Summary:

Install/Buy-off new machine.Maintain and repair machines to achieve good machine performance to support production 购买安装新机器，维护修理机器，让机器保持良好状态，支持生产

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.Finish the machine in-house setup for production use such as handler/vision/tester file

完成产线机器的设置，比如分选机生产文件、光检系统生产文件以及测试机生产文件

2.Perform PM&CAL (take apart and assemble every module) following standard procedure independently; prepare PM&CAL standard procedure under mentor's guide

能够根据标准流程独立地完成PM&CAL（拆解以及装配每个模块），能够在导师的的指导下准备标准PM&CAL流程

3.Finish all type of handler conversions of working area independently

能够独立完成所负责分选机的各种生产能力之间的转换

4.Study machine performance and reliability, puts forward simple OFI of machine

研究机器的运行状态及可靠性，能够提出简单的OFI

5.Provide machine technical support to production line

为产线提供设备相关技术支持

6.Support special requirement of production or engineer

支持产线或者工程师的特殊要求

7.Dispose production lot hold to EM group

处理扣留给EM部门的产品

8.Use Office software to summarize the raw data masterly

熟练运用Office办公软件来总结原始数据

REQUIREMENTS:

1.Associate or above degree, majoring in Electronics or Mechanics is preferred.

大专及以上学历，机械或电子类相关专业优先

2.Maintenance technician/Fundamentals of Programming engineer background; 
有设备维护和编程基础的经验者优先； 

3.Good team work and computer skills;

良好的团队合作以及电脑技能

4.Good English in writing/reading;

英语读写良好

5.Good communication skills and problem solving skil

良好的沟通技能及解决问题的能力
