As an EPM - EDMCS - Senior Associate, you will specialize in consulting services for enterprise performance management solutions using Oracle technologies. You will collaborate with clients to assess their performance management needs, design and implement Oracle-based solutions for budgeting, forecasting, financial consolidation, and reporting. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will play a crucial role in helping clients improve their financial planning and analysis processes, enabling them to achieve their performance objectives.
As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your growing knowledge of business operations to identify opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm. You will be responsible for coaching and managing team members, enhancing their skills and performance to meet client expectations. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will take ownership of projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion, while upholding professional and technical standards. You will also embrace technology and innovation to enhance your delivery, encouraging others to do the same. Responsibilities
- Analyzing client needs to design and implement Oracle-based enterprise performance management solutions
- Collaborating with clients to assess performance management requirements and develop tailored solutions for budgeting, forecasting, and financial consolidation
- Providing training and support to clients for seamless integration and utilization of Oracle enterprise performance management tools
- Leading project planning, budgeting, execution, and completion to meet client expectations
- Mentoring team members to enhance their skills and encourage professional growth
- Utilizing analytical thinking to identify linkages and interactions within complex systems
- Developing and implementing business rules and processes to optimize operational efficiency
- Conducting strategic data analysis to inform financial planning and performance management
- Creating and managing budgets to support financial planning and analysis processes
- Addressing conflicts and engaging in difficult conversations with clients and stakeholders to resolve issues effectively
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Finance, Management Information Systems, Economics, Business Administration/Management
- At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Enterprise Performance Management or related Oracle EPM Cloud applications
- Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE)
- Utilizing analytical thinking to enhance financial forecasting
- Excelling in business process analysis and optimization models
- Developing skills in enterprise integration and performance management software
- Embracing change and innovation to drive organizational effectiveness
