Case Management: Define architecture guardrails and design standards for Case Management, including stages, processes, assignments, SLAs, routing, data pages, decision rules and background processing.

Architecture & Design: Lead architecture reviews and design assurance, challenge solution choices where required, document key architecture decisions and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security and engineering standards.

Enterprise Integrations: Design integration architecture across Pega and enterprise platforms using APIs, REST services, events and asynchronous patterns, including error handling, resiliency, observability and service reuse.

Data Architecture: Establish sound Pega data architecture covering system-of-record boundaries, data objects, data pages, caching, persistence and data access patterns.

Performance & Scalability: Drive architecture for performance, scalability, availability, security and recoverability. Use Pega diagnostic and monitoring capabilities to identify bottlenecks and guide remediation.

Pega Cloud & DevOps: Provide technical leadership for Pega Cloud, environment topology, deployment architecture, release engineering and CI/CD, including quality gates and automated testing.

Security: Set the approach for Pega security architecture, including authentication, SSO integration, authorisation, access groups and roles, privileges, data access controls and secure integrations.

Pega Modernisation: Lead technical strategy for platform upgrades, Pega version adoption, Constellation modernisation and technical debt remediation.

Engineering Capability: Mentor engineers, conduct design and code reviews, share technical knowledge and uplift capability across squads.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with solution architects, engineers, product owners, security, infrastructure and integration teams to translate complex business requirements into practical and scalable solutions.
