ABOUT THE JOB
As an Engineering Manager, you will be accountable for the leadership of one or more engineering scrum teams to plan, deliver and support service features that deliver customer value and mature Marketing Technology capabilities across NAB's Adobe ecosystem. The position is accountable for executing people leadership fundamentals in line with NAB policies, driving a learning-based culture, and leading engineering delivery across Adobe Marketing Cloud platforms. You will work closely with Product, Marketing, Data, Architecture, and Engineering stakeholders to deliver scalable, reliable, and customer-focused marketing technology solutions.

YOUR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage multiple Agile teams to deliver engineering standards, sprint backlogs, release plans, code quality, platform reliability, and performance outcomes.
• Lead engineering delivery across NAB's Marketing Technology ecosystem, including Adobe Campaign, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Real-Time CDP, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), and related customer engagement platforms.
• Manage milestones, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and technical roadmaps across multiple engineering teams and business stakeholders.
• Drive the design, integration, operation, and continuous improvement of MarTech solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer outcomes.
• Educate engineering teams and ensure feature releases comply with NAB risk management, security, and governance frameworks.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across Technology, Product, Marketing, Data & Analytics, and Architecture teams.
• Act as the voice of reason between delivery speed, platform quality, operational stability, and customer value.
• Champion the T-shaped engineering model and coach engineers to develop broader capabilities beyond their core discipline.
• Provide line management including 1:1 meetings, performance reviews, career development, training plans, and coaching.
• Coach teams in Agile, Scrum, DevOps, and modern engineering practices.
• Drive adoption of AI-assisted engineering capabilities to improve productivity, delivery planning, solution design, code quality, documentation, and testing practices.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across engineering, delivery, and operational processes.
• Drive a learning-based culture with the ability to set and gain agreement on realistic and stretching objectives for the team.
• Fulfil other tasks as assigned by your People Leader and/or authorized representative of NAB Vietnam from time to time

YOUR SKILL AND EXPERIENCE
Must have:

• 10+ years of experience in Software Development and Technology Delivery, with at least 5+ years leading cross-functional Agile engineering teams.
• Strong experience delivering enterprise-scale Marketing Technology solutions and leading engineering teams supporting Adobe Marketing Cloud platforms.
• Exposure to Adobe products such as Adobe Campaign, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Real-Time CDP, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), or similar customer engagement and personalization platforms.
• Solid understanding of Software Quality, DevOps environments, CI/CD, and engineering best practices.
• Excellent experience in SDLC methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall.
• Proven ability to manage and deliver complex technology initiatives involving multiple engineering teams across onshore and offshore locations.
• Strong stakeholder management experience, particularly partnering with Product, Marketing, Data, and Technology teams.
• Proven people leadership, coaching, mentoring, and team-building capabilities.
• Experience managing code, release, and change management processes.
• Experience with IT Service Management practices and tools such as ServiceNow.
• Strong communication and influencing skills at both strategic and operational levels.
• Fluent English communication skills.
