  • Partner with senior leadership, HR, and communications teams to align messaging and engagement initiatives with organizational priorities.
  • Maintain internal communication resources, SharePoint sites, and supporting documentation to ensure information is accessible, accurate, and up to date.
  • Develop and maintain editorial calendars, communication plans, project timelines, and engagement program milestones.
  • Analyze employee feedback and engagement data to identify trends, evaluate program effectiveness, and recommend improvements.
  • Manage program budgets, expenditures, risks, dependencies, and success measures.
  • Establish and document business processes, communication workflows, and program management practices.
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and maintain clear communication across business units and project stakeholders.
  • Use available tools, including AI-powered solutions, to improve content development, event planning, feedback analysis, and employee experiences.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in employee engagement, internal communications, program management, business management, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and executing employee engagement programs, organizational initiatives, events, or employee experiences.
  • Experience developing executive communications, organizational messaging, all-hands materials, and multi-channel internal content.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent programs, including project plans, milestones, budgets, vendors, logistics, risks, dependencies, and success measures.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to develop clear, engaging content for different audiences.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities independently.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to collaborate across functions and organizational levels.
  • Ability to analyze employee feedback, engagement metrics, and business trends to identify opportunities and inform decisions.
