Overview:

ZEISS Korea is seeking a dedicated Electron Microscopy Application Engineer specializing in the Advanced Material research market. In this role, you will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, delivering tailored application support and solutions, and actively contributing to the enhancement of product performance and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver on-site customer training and application support for specialized ZEISS FESEM/FIB solution

  • Drive new market development by delivering compelling solution introductions and application insights through marketing initiatives and collaborative efforts

  • Generate business opportunities within the assigned product portfolio and market segments through active sales support, as well as sales force training and coaching.

  • Actively engage in marketing activities to generate high quality leads and opportunities

  • Provide high-quality equipment demonstrations and tailored solutions based on in-depth customer requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Master’s degree in advanced Materials Science & Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Physics, Display, Semiconductor Engineering, or a related field.

  • Problem-Solving: Proven analytical and problem-solving skills to promptly identify and resolve issues, particularly during product development.

  • Language: Business-level proficiency in English (both written and verbal).

  • Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external customers at all levels.

  • Preferred Qualifications: 3 to 5 years of experience Advanced material research field utilizing FE-SEM and FIB.
