HOW YOU WILL MAKE HISTORY HERE…
As an Industrial Maintenance Electrician, you will play a critical role in maximizing the reliability, efficiency, and performance of our manufacturing operations. Your expertise in industrial electrical systems, automation, PLCs, robotics, and high-speed production equipment will help minimize downtime, improve equipment performance, and support continuous improvement initiatives. By maintaining safe, reliable operations, you will directly contribute to delivering quality products to consumers every day.
WHAT YOU WILL DO…
Electrical & Automation Maintenance
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain high-speed food processing and packaging equipment.
- Diagnose and repair electrical systems ranging from 120V to 480V industrial equipment.
- Troubleshoot and support PLC-controlled equipment, automation systems, and robotics.
- Perform electrical repairs to minimize downtime and improve operational performance.
- Maintain electrical systems and equipment in accordance with safety and operational standards.
Equipment Reliability & Continuous Improvement
- Support equipment reliability initiatives through proactive troubleshooting and maintenance activities.
- Identify root causes of equipment failures and implement sustainable corrective actions.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, safety, quality, and equipment performance.
- Maintain organized work areas and actively support 5S initiatives.
Documentation & Technical Support
- Read and interpret:
- Electrical schematics
- Blueprints
- Wiring diagrams
- OEM equipment manuals
- Utilize computer systems and maintenance software to access documentation and support maintenance activities.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and communicate findings as needed.
Team Collaboration & Communication
- Communicate effectively with incoming and outgoing shifts to ensure continuity of operations.
- Partner with Machine Operators, Supervisors, Team Leaders, and Maintenance Team Members to resolve issues and improve equipment performance.
- Support Daily Direction Setting (DDS) and other plant-wide continuous improvement initiatives.
- Share technical knowledge and collaborate with team members to achieve plant goals.
Additional Responsibilities
- Support overtime, weekend work, and alternate shift assignments as business needs require.
- Perform other duties as assigned in support of manufacturing operations.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE… (MUST HAVE)
- Strong electrical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and repair industrial manufacturing equipment.
- Experience troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems operating from 120V through 480V.
- Ability to troubleshoot high-speed manufacturing, processing, or packaging equipment.
- Experience working with PLCs, automation systems, and industrial controls.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, and OEM manuals.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based manufacturing environment.
- Strong organizational skills and commitment to maintaining safe, clean, and orderly work areas.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed.
- High School Diploma or GED
IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU HAVE… (NICE TO HAVE)
- Vocational, technical school, or Industrial Technology training.
- Prior industrial maintenance experience.
- Experience in a food manufacturing or food processing environment.
- Experience supporting:
- Robotics systems
- High-speed packaging equipment
- Automated manufacturing equipment
- Experience with SAP or other maintenance management systems.
- Working knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies and 5S practices.
- Advanced troubleshooting experience in electrical, automation, and controls systems.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Manufacturing environment with exposure to moving mechanical equipment and machinery.
- Frequent interaction with high-speed production and packaging systems.
- Exposure to elevated noise levels.
- Requires adherence to all plant safety, quality, and food safety standards.
- Ability to work varying shifts, weekends, and overtime as required by business needs.
Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
