Summary

Licensed Electrical Worker (LEW) Grade 7 certification issued by EMA. Experience in fault troubleshooting, electrical installations, and critical building services.

Job Description

• Troubleshoot and rectify electrical failures to minimise disruptions to building operations.
• Monitor electrical installations, switchboards, transformers, generators, UPS systems, and lighting systems.
• Ensure electrical systems operate safely and efficiently.
• Support after-office-hours emergency response when required.
• Provide first-line response to electrical emergencies and power-related incidents.
• Maintain maintenance records, fault reports, and inspection checklists
• Manage and supervise contractors performing electrical works.
• Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with approved procedures, risk assessments, and permit-to-work requirements.

Requirements:

• NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Building Services, Facilities Management, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant electrical maintenance experience.
• Experience in fault troubleshooting, electrical installations, and critical building services.
• Experience in facilities management environment will be an advantage.
• Valid Licensed Electrical Worker (LEW) Grade 7 certification issued by EMA.
• Experience in facilities management or integrated facilities management (IFM) environments.
• Experience managing electrical contractors and service providers.
• Required to work on rotating shifts to support operational requirements, no overnight shift is required unless ad-hoc requested by Clients.
