HP Store & オムニチャンネル事業本部 ECサイト企画・運営担当
SMB・コンシューマーのお客様を対象とする直販営業部内で、コンシューマー領域におけるECサイトを担当していただきます。
業務内容は、売上や利益最大化のためのデジタル営業戦略立案から、ECサイトの制作ディレクション業務まで、プランから実行までを広い裁量を推進する役割となります。
業務を進めるにあたり、事業本部内のインサイドセールスチームやWeb製作チームだけでなく、日本HP内の社内の幅広い部署（製品部やITチーム）や海外のグローバルチーム、社外の協力パートナーとの連携が必要なため、プロジェクト運営能力が求められます。
この業務を通じて、国内有数の規模を誇るECサイトで幅広い経験が得られます。
■業務内容
・ECサイト戦略立案、サイト運営
・関連部署と協業しながらEコマースに関連するプロジェクト運営
・サイト内行動、購買分析などの分析業務
・ROI最大化のためのプロモーション企画、実行、分析
■必要とされるスキルと経験
・3年以上のECサイトやWebサービスの戦略立案・運営経験
・SEOやコンテンツマーケティングの知識及び業務経験
・インターネット運用型広告の知識及び業務経験
・ECサイトにおけるシステムの知識
・Adobe Analytics、Google AnalyticsなどのWEB分析ツール経験
・エクセル、パワーポイントの業務利用経験
・海外とのやり取りができるコミュニケーション力
・高い当事者意識、強い意志を持って物事に取り組む姿勢
・前向きかつ積極的に取り組める方
・論理的思考に基づき目標達成に向けて自発的に取り組める方
・新しいことにチャレンジすることにストレスを感じない方
・他部署のステークホルダーとの連携や調整を円滑に行うことができるコミュニケーション力
・優先順位をつけ業務を遂行できる方
・途中であきらめず、最後まで考え抜き仕事をやり遂げる姿勢
・オーナーシップ・リーダーシップ
・周囲からの信頼を獲得し、組織として高い成果を出そうとする姿勢
