◆業務内容
ファンクションコンサルタント（Ｅコマース） は、企業が顧客（生活者）に提供する価値や体験を再定義し事業成長のためのECや販売チャネル含むデジタル時代における新たな収益源としての事業チャネルの構築・顧客接点・企業変革の戦略立案・実現支援を担います。
企業の販売・決済のあり方をデジタル時代の”常識”にアップグレードし、オンラインやアプリ上での購入、オーダー、決済、入会、抽選、予約、申し込みなどあらゆる購買体験の企画、デザインからローンチまでを一気通貫で支援します。
当ポジションは、企業の新たな販売チャネルを確立し、事業成長に貢献するプロジェクトマネジメント、案件責任者を目指していただけます。
◆具体的なプロジェクトの例
・グローバルリテーラーのお客様向けグローバル売上拡大に向けたコマース戦略立案
・製造メーカーのお客様向け新規販売チャネル・DTCブランド構築
◆必須要件
・下記いずれか該当する経験をお持ちの方
-コンサルティング経験（業務改革／チャネル改革など）
-SIerでのシステム企画やプロジェクトマネジメント経験（SEA、Commerce関連など）
-テクノロジーベンダーでの営業経験やコンサルティング経験
-Eコマースの運用や構築経験
-ビジネスでの英語活用経験
◆望ましい経験・スキル
・英語を用いた実務経験（ビジネスレベルの英語力、TOEIC750点以上、海外常駐経験等）
・お客様や社内を巻き込んで推進するコミュニケーションスキル
◆求める人物像
・変革マインドがあり、創意工夫・アイデアを出して、お客様の売上拡大を実現するまで支援したい方
・デザイナーやクリエイティブ、テクノロジーなど、多様なケイパビリティとコラボレーションして新たなコマース・営業モデルを作ることを楽しめる方
