About the role
Offer support to departmental and hotel operation to make sure hotel facilities are operating in normal status. Assure safety condition for guests and staff as well as the whole building and its capitals.

What you will do

Make sure all equipment's and system are operating productively. Offer support and lead staff for emergency glitch recovery.  
Offer training to staff including technical and service knowledge.  
Know and control energy consumption. Make effort on hotel energy saving program.  
Supervise and push Preventive and Maintenance Program and reduce the glitches.  
Adjust Preventive and Maintenance Program according to actual situation. Arrange manpower and elevate materials in need reasonably.  
保证日常运行的准确，高效和准时，并维护机电设备。提供技术支援领导员工进行故障原因分析并进行抢修。 
协助制定员工培训计划，对员工进行业务技能酒店意识，基本素质的培训。 
了解并控制能源消耗。致力于酒店节能计划。  
监督并推进维保计划以便减少设备故障。 
根据实际情况对预防性维修保养任务表进行调整，包括对工作频率、人力和材料投入的估计和可能发生的特殊情况的预测等等。 

What you bring

Be of 2~5 years working experience at the same position as the Duty Engineer in 5-star international hotel. 
Be familiar with hotel Engineering system and equipments. 
High school education or equivalent experience. Trade school in mechanics, refrigeration etc. 
Requires knowledge of the basic ability to operate computer. 
2~5年于国际五星级酒店同等职位（值班工程师）工作经验。 
熟悉酒店设备及系统。
高中或以上学历。具备机电，制冷等专业知识。
具备基本电脑操作知识。
