YOU WILL BE:

The Driver, Store Operations is a safety-conscious, dependable logistics professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You bring strong navigational skills for urban driving, a commitment to operational excellence, and the ability to maintain composure under pressure. As a client-focused team member, you are tech-savvy, highly organized, and an excellent communicator who manages competing priorities while maintaining a flexible, professional approach to daily responsibilities.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Leads by example in safety, organization, and professionalism, demonstrating initiative without waiting for direction
• Maintains a clean, organized, and audit-ready work environment.
• Accurately uses a small package tracking system and maintains shipment records.
• Demonstrates excellent situational awareness and identifies potential safety hazards before they become issues.
• Maintains company vehicles, equipment, and dock areas.
• Understands the importance of protecting product quality during transport and handling.
• Ensures all physical security standards are maintained and adjustments are initiated timely.
• Works independently while recognizing when collaboration or escalation is needed.
• Demonstrates strong critical thinking and sound judgment in a fast-paced environment.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING:

• Excellent Driving record
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in utilizing Google-suite of programs (Sheets, Gmail, Docs, etc.)
• Experience with shipping, receiving, warehousing, or logistics operations.
• Ability to multitask and learn new things quickly
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time as well as lift, carry, push, and pull materials weighing 50 pounds or more independently and on a routine basis with proper safety procedures 
• Ability to safely operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks)
• Logistics mindset and is able to coordinate the inbound and outbound shipments efficiently while understanding the chain of custody for product movement 
• Ability to maintain composure and professionalism during periods of high workload or changing priorities
• Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks while maintaining productivity and attention to detail.

Salary Range $17.90 - $22.39*

Compensation for this role varies by geographic location. The listed range reflects multiple markets, including higher-cost areas. Actual starting pay will be determined based on work location, experience, and other job-related factors.
