你將帶領夥伴營運團隊，負責建立穩定且具成長性的司機供給，透過數據分析、營運策略與標準化流程，提升司機夥伴的活躍度、留存率及平台整體運能。
同時你也將負責團隊績效與人才發展，推動跨部門營運專案及流程優化，持續提升營運效率與成本效益，支持平台業務成長。
