  • Partner with relevant content, product, marketing, and business teams to ensure regional requirements are understood and incorporated into planning.
  • Maintain visibility into localization coverage, delivery timelines, quality issues, and operational constraints.

Regional Channel and Partner Operations

  • Oversee regional à la carte channel operations and support consistent day-to-day execution across applicable markets.
  • Coordinate operational readiness for partner launches, activations, channel changes, and market-specific initiatives.
  • Ensure regional teams and partners are prepared for service changes, operational dependencies, regulatory requirements, incidents, and business continuity needs.
  • Establish clear operating rhythms, escalation paths, and accountability mechanisms for regional partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor partner execution, identify readiness gaps, and drive timely resolution of issues affecting the fan or partner experience.

  • Forecast operational demand and coordinate capacity planning to support regional launches and ongoing business needs.
  • Use performance data and operational insights to identify risks, improve resource allocation, and strengthen execution reliability.
  • Maintain clear visibility into dependencies, constraints, incidents, and corrective actions.

  • Identify opportunities to simplify workflows, reduce operational friction, improve quality, and increase execution reliability.
  • Establish repeatable processes and standards that support scalable regional operations.
  • Coordinate the resolution of operational issues, incidents, and cross-functional dependencies within agreed timelines.
  • Support regional preparedness for regulatory requirements, incidents, service changes, and business continuity needs.
  • Drive post-launch reviews, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement across regional workflows.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, proactive risk management, and high-quality execution.
