This Position reports to:

Your roles and responsibilities 
 
In this role, you will have the opportunity to coordinate and facilitate the development, implementation, and successful onboarding of digital solutions. Each day, you will support the use and adoption of digital platform and solutions into the customer business environment along with their subsequent operations and maintenance. You will also showcase your expertise by participating in the ideation workstreams from identifying and validating the needs to defining the development. 
 
The work model for the role is: #L1-Hybrid 
 
This role is contributing to the global function Sales Enablement in IEC LV Motors -division in India. Main stakeholders are Sales and Customers. 
 

• Provide software support and engineering services across multiple areas, including end-user support and training, software maintenance, testing and quality engineering, DevOps, and software release management, with minimal supervision.
• Perform system testing and troubleshooting activities to validate final system configurations and ensure successful deployment and rollout.
• Deliver user training and retraining programs to facilitate smooth adoption of software solutions and provide ongoing technical support and maintenance services.
• Contribute to software product development initiatives by recommending new features, enhancements, and functionalities to strengthen the product roadmap and portfolio.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and support strategic digitalization objectives.
• Work within a highly motivated and innovative team environment, contributing to the development of digital solutions that uphold high standards of quality, efficiency, and business value

Qualifications for the role  

• You are well established and motivated in supporting and delivering high quality software solutions with an experience range of 5 to 8 years

• Ability to demonstrate your experience in sales, sales support, or alternatively sales process/tool operations and development.  
  You have minimum two years of experience in the relevant field. 

• Experience in working with or alternatively developing sales process technologies, such as Configure-Price-Quote systems, CRMs, and price management systems. Benefiting from experience in roll outs and user support. 

• You are at ease communicating in English
