About the Role
At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring an experienced Digital Media Manager to own and optimize end-to-end paid media campaigns across multiple digital advertising platforms.
This is not a strategy-only marketing role. It is a hands-on, performance-driven position focused on:

What You’ll Own
Multi-Platform Paid Media Management
Own and manage campaigns across:
- Google Ads
- Microsoft Ads
- Meta Ads
- TikTok Ads
- Snapchat Ads
- Native advertising platforms
- CTV platforms
Plan, build, launch, and optimize:
- Paid search campaigns
- Paid social campaigns
- Display campaigns
- Video advertising
- Retargeting campaigns
- Native campaigns
- CTV placements
Ensure campaigns are launched accurately, tracked correctly, and aligned with performance and business objectives.
Manage multiple accounts, channels, and campaigns simultaneously without sacrificing execution quality.
Campaign Optimization & Scaling
Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize:
- Bids
- Budgets
- Audiences
- Targeting
- Placements
- Keywords
- Creatives
- Campaign structures
Continuously improve key performance metrics, including:
- Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
- Cost Per Acquisition (CPA)
- Cost Per Lead (CPL)
- Click-Through Rate (CTR)
- Conversion Rate
Identify high-performing campaigns and scaling opportunities while quickly diagnosing underperformance and inefficient spend.
Analytics, Tracking & Attribution
Analyze campaign performance using:
- Google Analytics
- Google Tag Manager
- Platform-level analytics
- Reporting and visualization tools
Monitor the customer journey from initial ad interaction through conversion.
Identify:
- Performance bottlenecks
- Tracking issues
- Attribution gaps

Ensure campaign decisions are supported by reliable, actionable data.
Reporting & Data Visualization
Build and maintain reporting dashboards using:
- Looker Studio

Prepare:
- Performance reports
- Optimization summaries

- Campaign insights

Translate complex advertising data into clear insights that leadership and other stakeholders can act on.
Budget Management, Pacing & Forecasting
Own:
- Campaign budgets
- Daily and monthly pacing

- Performance forecasting
Ensure advertising spend remains aligned with business objectives and performance targets.
Proactively reallocate budgets based on performance and scale successful campaigns while maintaining efficiency and profitability.
Testing & Performance Improvement
Develop and execute structured testing across:
- Audiences
- Creative formats
- Ad messaging
- Placements
- Bidding strategies
- Campaign structures
- Channels
Use testing data to determine what should be scaled, adjusted, or discontinued.
Stay current with platform updates, algorithm changes, emerging advertising channels, and performance marketing best practices.

- 10+ years of hands-on digital media buying and paid advertising experience.
