  • Prepare and review assessment reports, executive summaries, information papers, decision briefs, read-aheads, and after-action reports.
  • Translate complex analytical findings into concise recommendations and operational risk assessments for general and flag officers, Senior Executive Service leaders, and other senior stakeholders.
  • Maintain action-item trackers and provide required status reports, assessment products, lessons learned, and transition documentation.

Required Clearance:

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen and possess an active TS/SCI clearance.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience developing executive-level reports and briefings.
  • Ability to translate complex findings into clear, actionable recommendations for senior military and civilian leaders.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

  • Experience supporting warfighter experimentation, joint exercises, capability demonstrations, or theater campaign assessment.
  • Familiarity with campaign plans, operational plans, Concepts of Operations, Standard Operating Procedures, and operational assessment frameworks.
  • Experience preparing decision briefs for general and flag officers or Senior Executive Service leaders.
  • Experience facilitating operational planning teams, executive working groups, technical interchange meetings, or assessment forums.
  • Experience developing after-action reports, lessons-learned products, transition documentation, or methodology handoff materials.
