As a Delivery Lead - Business Apps, you'll design, develop, and maintain critical applications and systems that enable our colleagues and customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer. You'll work with cross-functional teams to deliver robust technical solutions, from cloud-native applications to enterprise integrations. This role offers the opportunity to work with advanced technologies while making meaningful contributions to scientific advancement and healthcare innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Own the lifecycle of digital/business applications – discovery, delivery, enhancements, releases and BAU support.
Partner with business teams to understand requirements, ask the right questions and translate needs into scalable solutions.
Drive delivery through vendors, Global CoEs and internal technology teams, ensuring quality and timelines.
Manage application performance, incidents, enhancements, SLAs and vendor accountability.
Identify opportunities for process digitization, workflow automation and productivity improvement.
Ensure applications follow Global CIS architecture, cybersecurity and application governance standards.
Functional Experience
Exposure to one or more of the following is preferred:
Commercial / O2C: customer & dealer ordering, order management, digital commerce.
Customer & Service Operations: customer portals, case/service management and digital journeys.
Finance Operations: workflows, approvals, reporting and automation.
Experience in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Manufacturing or B2B Distribution is an advantage.
Experience & Skills
5+ years in business applications, digital product/application delivery or techno-functional roles.
Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, databases and cloud applications. Exposure to .NET/Java, Power Apps, Low-Code/No-Code or similar platforms. Strong experience working with Global COE's, ETO teams and external vendors, with a good understanding of Agile/SDLC and production support
Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to understand business urgency, prioritize effectively and independently drive delivery to closure.
