Delivery Driver (Non-CDL)

Location: Avondale, AZ
Hourly Pay: $18.50
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 4 to 5 days/week (based on route and business needs) Early morning start times.

Role Summary

As a Delivery Driver, you’ll play an essential role in keeping our customers’ businesses moving by delivering aftermarket automotive, RV, and marine parts safely and on time. You’ll operate a company box truck, interact directly with customers, and represent Keystone through dependable service and professionalism.

Position Highlights

• $1,000 Retention Bonus — $500 after 6 months and $500 after 12 months of continuous employment
• Performance-based hourly increases of up to $0.50/hour at 60 days, 6 months, and 1 year
• Consistent weekday schedule — no weekend work
• Company-provided vehicle with heat and A/C

What You’ll Do

• Safely operate a 15-foot or larger box truck to deliver automotive, RV, and marine parts and accessories
• Load, secure, transport, and unload products while following proper handling and safety procedures
• Provide friendly, professional service and serve as a positive representative of Keystone when interacting with customers
• Verify deliveries, communicate with dispatch and warehouse teams, and address routine delivery issues as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized vehicle and professional appearance
• Follow all applicable DOT regulations and company safety standards

What We’re Looking For

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Valid driver’s license
• At least 6 months of experience driving a 15-foot box truck or larger
• No motor vehicle violations within the past 24 months
• Ability to lift and handle freight weighing up to 75 pounds
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
• Ability to pass a DOT physical examination
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and customer-focused approach to work
