Your Impact 

Join our team as a Data Engineer focused on modern data and AI solutions. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact platform modernization and AI initiatives from design through production.

• Build and optimize Snowflake, SAP HANA and dbt data pipelines using advanced SQL and Python.
• Design and integrate enterprise data engineering and AI solutions, including LLM, RAG, and AI Agent use cases.
• Develop and manage complex system integrations and Control-M workflows across enterprise platforms.
• Partner with architects, engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and production-ready solutions.
• Contribute to platform modernization, data quality, automation, and AI innovation across the enterprise.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 5-10 years of experience in data engineering, solution architecture, or enterprise application development, including delivering AI/ML or Generative AI solutions.
• Hands-on experience developing data solutions using Snowflake, SAP HANA, dbt, advanced SQL, and Python, including enterprise data pipelines and integrations.
• Experience with LLMs, Generative AI, RAG, or AI Agents, with exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale integrations and modernization initiatives, including APIs, Control-M, System integration, data validation, and production deployment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced Data Engineering: Hands-on experience with Snowflake, SQL, Python, dbt, ETL pipelines, and large-scale data platform modernization.
• AI & Intelligent Automation: Experience applying Generative AI, LLMs, and AI Agents to data engineering, validation, and operational automation. Proven ability to independently design, develop, and deliver scalable, production-ready enterprise solutions.
• Problem-Solving & Ownership: Strong analytical skills, proactive ownership, and ability to troubleshoot complex technical challenges.
• Communication & Collaboration: Effective communication, cross-functional collaboration, and ability to work with technical and business stakeholders. Strong understanding of Responsible AI, AI security, governance, model evaluation, and enterprise compliance considerations.
• Demonstrated innovation, continuous learning, and mentoring with the ability to drive AI solutions from proof of concept through production and enterprise adoption.
