ERMでは現在、**次世代型データセンターのプロジェクト支援に携わる若手コンサルタント**を募集しています。入社後は、技術分野のバックグラウンドを生かしつつ、コンサルタントとして専門性を高めていただきます。

業務内容

• 環境・建築・設備に関連する技術情報の整理

• プロジェクトマネジメント補助（進捗管理・タスク管理・品質管理）

• パートナー／プロジェクトマネージャーの支援業務

• レポート・提案書・調査資料の作成

• 国内外のステークホルダーとのコミュニケーション・情報連携

※高度な専門性は入社後のOJT・社内トレーニングで習得可能です。

応募資格

【必須（MUST）】

以下の“いずれか”に該当する建築・設備系のバックグラウンド：

• 建築・設備・電気・土木など技術分野での実務経験

• または同分野での学士号／修士号
  （法令・技術基準が絡むため、基礎知識は必須）

加えて、

• 論理的に整理し、わかりやすい文章を書く力

• 新しい領域を積極的に学び、吸収する姿勢

• 多様なステークホルダーと協働できるコミュニケーション力

• 日本語（ネイティブレベル）

• 英語（読み書きレベル以上）
  ※会議参加レベルは入社後のキャッチアップでOK

歓迎（WANT）

• 電気設備・設計にかかわる経験

• 電気設備の保守・運用計画などにかかわった経験

• 工学関連、技術分野に関する資格

• 技術文書やレポート作成の経験

• 英語での業務経験（不問・あれば尚可）

• コンサルティング・調査業務の経験（未経験歓迎）

About ERM

Since our founding in 1971, we have specialized in solving complex challenges in the environmental, social, and sustainability domains. We support clients globally in areas such as decarbonization strategies, environmental impact assessment, and sustainability strategy development.

We are currently seeking a Junior Consultant to support next-generation data center projects.
In this role, you will leverage your technical background while building consulting expertise within ERM.
This position does not require prior data center expertise; rather, it is designed for early-career professionals with strong potential who wish to grow within the firm.

Responsibilities

• Support site selection and planning through data collection and preparation of technical documentation

• Organize and review technical information related to environmental, architectural, and engineering aspects

• Assist with project management tasks (progress tracking, task coordination, quality management)

• Provide support to Partners and Project Managers

• Prepare reports, proposals, and other project deliverables

• Communicate and coordinate with domestic and international stakeholders

Note: Specialized expertise can be developed through OJT and internal training after joining.

Qualifications

Required

Candidates must meet at least one of the following technical backgrounds:

• Professional experience in architecture, engineering, electrical, civil engineering, or related technical fields

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in one of the above fields
  (Foundational knowledge of regulations and technical standards is essential.)

In addition:

• Strong written communication skills with the ability to structure and articulate ideas logically

• Willingness and ability to learn new domains proactively

• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders

• Native-level Japanese proficiency

• English reading/writing proficiency (speaking/listening can be developed after joining)

Preferred

• Experience in electrical facilities and engineering design

• Experience in electrical facility maintenance and operations planning

• Experience preparing technical documents or reports

• Experience working in English (not required but beneficial)

• Experience in consulting or research roles (open to candidates without prior experience)
