Damage Insurance Agent (Auto & Home) – Take the Lead with Us

Location: Province of Quebec (all regions)

Upcoming Training Cohorts (see additional details below)

• Without a license: January 11th, 2027
• With a license (Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) – Damage Insurance): March 5th, 2027

What You Will Accomplish Daily

As a Damage Insurance Agent, you are the first point of contact for our clients. Your role is to:

• Build personalized relationships with clients and create a climate of trust that supports the sale of auto and home insurance policies
• Follow the company’s underwriting policies
• Use your skills to help increase client retention
• Provide high-quality advisory service focused on clients’ real needs
• Collaborate with colleagues in a dynamic and motivating environment

We are looking for someone who:

• Enjoys helping people and easily builds trust
• Communicates clearly, with empathy and professionalism
• Demonstrates strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and stress management
• Is adaptable and eager to learn
• Has an interest in sales
• Has an advanced level of proficiency in the French language, as the individual will be required to communicate verbally and in writing with French-speaking clients and colleagues across Canada on a regular basis
• Enjoys teamwork

Minimum Education Requirements

• High school diploma with 3 years of work experience
  OR
• College diploma (or higher)
  OR
• Recognition of a diploma obtained outside Quebec (MIFI or WES)
